In 2017 we contracted with Brian Parsons to remodel and manage the installation of an elevator in our home. During our house design Brian had suggested aligning our upstairs coat closet with a basement storage closet “in case we needed to add an elevator” at some later date. That pre-planning made the elevator remodeling job less costly and disruptive. The elevator contractor was very complimentary about Vantage Construction’s site preparation and elevator finish carpentry.”
